So, who am I?

Hi! I’m Jayne Reysack - a wife, mom of triplets, dog mom of twins, and clean living enthusiast! I received my initial health coaching certification from The Health Coach Institute in 2017 and then graduated from the Full Body Systems Functional Nutrition Program through the Functional Nutrition Lab as a Functional Nutrition Counselor in 2019. I offer clean eating classes, Lean & Clean Lunch and Learn presentations for local businesses, and membership to a private Lean & Clean Challenge Facebook Group (view services for details).

I specialize in FOOD CHOICES (eating a predominantly whole foods anti-inflammatory nutrient dense diet – with easy recipes!) and helping clients learn how to “STAY AHEAD OF THE CRAZY” in order to execute their meal plans and win the week!
